Marko’s adorable nose has a triangle black spot on it, which is a wonderful thing. Because Nikki Rose, his owner, was able to locate him after six years when she noticed the black blotch.
The fluffy, black-and-white cat preferred to spend most of its time indoors and wasn’t very interested in going outside.
He and his owner were in the middle of moving from Cambridgeshire to March when, like many cats, he became frightened. Nikki claims that over the years, many have seen him. He was a cunning cat who managed to escape captivity, nevertheless, according to BBC News.
Marko was only a year old and unaccustomed to being outside.
Nikki was concerned for his safety because he was lost in a place he was unfamiliar with. Marko was unable to be found, so Rose sought for her cherished cat, even travelling back to her old house.
After all these years, however, a big, fluffy black-and-white cat started appearing in a garden around 0.8 kilometres from Nikki’s home, and the local homeowner there recognised Marko’s “quite striking markings” from lost pet websites.
She had left food outside for her own cats, but he was devouring it. She then borrowed a trap and enticed Marko inside with extra food after realising that this was Marko.
