When someone travels on this bridge she suddenly come in front of car and starts running on the bridge and when someone approaches her, she jumps in the river. If someone stops to help, he finds no one and after that she is right there in the back seat of the car. Even though people say she does not harm, but nobody can drive the car after that. The Bhangarh Fort haunting story is one of the greatest among ghost stories, considered and celebrated across the India. Bhangarh Fort is also called as Asia’s most haunted place. It is said that it is a majestic Fort. This Fort belongs to a haunted story of a Tantrik Priest and Princess Ratnavati. According to one of the tales about Bhangarh, a tantrik priest fell in love with the princess Ratnavati, who was described as the jewel of Rajasthan. The priest intended to cast a curse on her so she starts falling in love for him. However, when the princess came to know of this plan, the priest was killed. Before dying, he cursed the town. Now, it lays in devastation and is inhabitable for anyone. It is believed that the roofs of the temples and houses fall down the moment they are built. Those who have dared to stay in the Bhangarh fort during night have observed footsteps walking towards them.
Bhangarh Fort and its ruins are closed to visitors from sunset to sunrise, reportedly the time with the highest paranormal activity on the premises.
South Park Cemetery, Kolkata
The South Park Cemetery, located in Kolkata (West Bengal) was built in 1767, The Cemetery has encapsulated large numbers of graves of British soldiers. Based on experiences this is said that once many people admitted to hospitals seeing strange shadows and outline of a girl dressed in white. And among other experiences once, a group of four friends visited the South Park Cemetery and felt quite ill & dizzy and among them one got an asthma attack despite being perfectly healthy.
GP Block Meerut-
GP Block in Meerut is also subject to the paranormal activities and its unique tale also makes it to the top of list in Haunted places in India. It is noted that this place is considered as abandoned places in India and not very well known to many people. There have been sightings of ghosts on several occasions observed by the people who pass the site. However even time has moved on people who used to frequent that place have now stopped going there.
One of the sights that people who pass this place observe is that of four males sitting together and enjoying an alcohol in the company with burning a single lit candle. At first, this was not considered as scary as many who passed the area were of the impression that these ‘spirits’ were just normal friends enjoying each other’s company. However, once it was established later that it was indeed four ghosts, people in and around the area became absorbed. In addition to this sight, there are some who have also witnessed a young girl coming out of the house in what many people believe to be in a red dress saree.
Delhi Cantonment (New Delhi)
In Delhi Cantonment or Cantt area it is said that in night a middle aged woman dressed in white sari asks you for a lift, and the time is well night past midnight. Well, this is what has supposedly happened with a number of passers-by through the area, at night. The woman clad in a white sari is supposed to embody the ghost of a lady who was killed while hitchhiking her way to someplace.
The White saree woman waves hand to passersby to stop their cars. It is believed that people who have agreed to give her a ride are never seen again. And those who don’t stop have claimed that the woman runs parallel to their window, matching the car’s speed until they reach the border of Delhi Cantonment
House No W-3 Greater Kailash (Delhi)

As per story once an elderly, helpless couple was living in their house and accidently they both murdered ruthlessly inside the House No W-3 of Greater Kailash. Story gets its unique twist as per say that they return to the same house as ghosts to reclaim their house. This W-3 house in New Delhi’s Greater Kailash (GK) area has a similar story to recount. Local people recount with fear how they hear strange voices and subdued murmurs issuing from within the otherwise desolate house in question. A weird but muted laughter comes unpredictably from the house, every now and then.
Vrindavan Society, Thane
Vrindavan Society in Thane is also counted among the India’s most haunted places. It is being considered as one of the most famous housing societies of Thane and it is also the spot where many of its residents and night guards have experienced paranormal activities.
It was reported that there was once a man who lived in the society peacefully and one day he committed suicide, thereafter his spirit is presumed to haunt society at night. Even the society night guard witnessed a lot of paranormal strange activities there and among them once a guard getting slapped in the face with such force that he nearly toppled from his chair. After that two gaurds who were patrolling other side came to find someone around but got nothing. With this incidence the residents of society are careful not to enter society too late in night.
