The tiniest puppy born without front legs enjoys racing around on his wheels

Turbo, often known as TurboRoo, the dog, was born without front legs. Ashley Looper fell head over heels for the cute six-week-old pup when he arrived at the veterinary clinic where she works.

Turbo’s guardian was unable to keep him since he was unable to get along with his littermates. Looper provided him a lifetime home and pushed Turbo to push himself forward with his back legs during his first several weeks there.

Many companies do not fit dogs with specialised carts until they are six to eight months old, but Looper was impatient. She created Turbo’s first cart out of a helicopter toy and then experimented with several DIY carts to determine what worked best for the cherished canine.

An aerospace engineer in San Diego heard about Turbo’s mobility issues and designed him a set of unique, 3D-printed wheels.

Turbo soon adapted to his new waggon thanks to the support of Looper’s other dog. Watch this video to see his first true moments of independence!
