When Cowboy was just a kitten, Fishtails Animal Rescue in Philadelphia took him in. Cat Keegan, a volunteer with the rescue, decided to foster him while he recovered from an upper respiratory infection. However, she rapidly discovered the kitten had turned out to be a foster failure.
In addition to Cowboy, Keegan has three other cats, including some special needs rescues, but Cowboy is unquestionably the alpha cat. At this time, his mother has grown accustomed to his getting into things and places he shouldn’t.
