Alyssa discovered a little stray kitten without a mother while she was just 8 weeks pregnant with her first kid. Simply unable to leave him there, Alyssa brought him home with her. Kitten Face was his given name. Throughout her pregnancy, he was by her side constantly. She wrote, “This handsome boy became my dearest buddy in the entire world.”
We rescued and adopted a stray kitten when I was eight weeks pregnant with our first child, Alyssa wrote on imgur. He was initially uneasy but eventually became comfortable.
He always cuddled my growing bump and grew quite protective of me and my unborn son.
“He never left my side when I got bedridden owing to pregnancy issues. This handsome boy ended up becoming my best buddy ever. He kept a paw on me throughout each contraction when I went into labour, and licked my stomach.
After two days of labour, I needed an emergency c-section, which required me to spend a week in the hospital.
He fell head over heels in love with my son right away and refused to leave his side. Alyssa and her infant were entertained by Kitten Face while she was healing from surgery.
