Brenda Wang, a cat rescuer, founded The Luxe Meownor in Singapore, and it is everything a cat lover or a cat could want. Cats staying here are referred to be “MeowLords” and “MeowLadies,” after an old English manor.
It’s wonderful that the hotel supports rescued animals, especially elderly cats who frequently struggle to find homes despite being wonderful companions.
A free room is always set aside in the hotel for rescue cats, and rescuers are also welcome to stay there at a 50% discount.
Here, cat visitors receive two wet food meals each day, an unlimited dry food buffet, and twice daily water changes. Naturally, the litter is changed, and if the cat agrees, they can take advantage of grooming or “guest maintenance” by the knowledgeable, cat-loving staff.
You might not expect the cats to have their own tastefully decorated “bed rooms” ranging in size from 25 to 35 square feet. There are 13 rooms available for cat guests, each with plenty of space for them to walk around.
Cats feel more secure and don’t feel caged, similar to cats in a cat cafĂ© setting.
Additionally, there is a guest maximum of three cats in the larger room and two in the smaller room. 15 cats can be found at once.
