No one had any hope left for this poor dog, but the cat did

While the veterinarian didn’t think the dog would live, a rescue ginger kitten saved her life.

Zekey and Sapphire are here!

These two close pals have each other constantly. Sapphire the ginger baby boy was discovered in a trash bin when he was only a few weeks old and saved.

Stephanie Tiu told us, “He was all muddy, but I fell in love with him.

Stephanie adopted Zekey just one week after she discovered Sapphire. He was a pup of one month old. The two fur children grew close right away.

Zekey, however, developed a severe illness, and her health started to decline.

Stephanie said, “I thought I would lose her, but my kitty stood by her.

Zekey was sent to the hospital for treatment as soon as she arrived at the veterinarian. They instructed Stephanie to assume the worst.

Stephanie only realised how much Sapphire missed his best friend when she returned home.

She inquired with the doctor if there was any way she could bring her cat in to keep Zekey company for a few hours each day.

“Usually, the clinic doesn’t permit that, but they did so this time. I knew the cat needed to be at the hospital, so I took him there,” she stated.

Amazingly, Zekey’s condition started to gradually get better. Sapphire took care of his dearest friend throughout his visits over the following two weeks, nursing her back to health.

He would not let Zekey out of his sight while he purred and caressed with her.

Thanks to her feline best buddy, Zekey is finally back to being healthy and joyful.

I feel so old today! Sapphire continues to treat Zekey like a devoted sibling.

Until the cat meows, it isn’t over.
