To save 11 cats and kittens, rescuers went into a warehouse in the Brooklyn region when they came across Phillip, the cutest love bug who was doing his best to survive.
They were “starving out” in the warehouse where the management didn’t want the cats because they couldn’t get to the food they were used to. Rescuers undoubtedly anticipated finding some terrified cats, but not Phillip.
No, when they yelled for him from across the warehouse, he came sprinting.
The rescuer shouted out, making a loving cat noise to reassure him, “Hi baby!”
You could see that Phillip was still a little frightened as he drew nearer. However, he soon acquired pets and appeared to have no trouble adjusting to his temporary residence. If only every rescue could go as effortlessly, but in reality, it sometimes takes a long time for these cats to realise they are secure with their adoptive families.
This is especially true for cats who are dealing with neglect.
