I wanted to give an update to all of our family & friends about Vernon. Vernon was ran over early yesterday morning by a double trailer semi truck while walking through an intersection in Las Vegas on his way to work. He suffered a broken hip, pelvis, foot & orbital. Praise Jesus for giving our family a miracle yesterday & answering our broken & desperate prayers & cries. There was a 2-hour period of where we didn’t know if he was alive. The power, hands & faith of prayer.
Vernon is awake & alert. He will be having surgery sometime today for his injuries. It will be a long road to recovery, but our family will take this any day over the alternative.
