People in a San Francisco building with a view of the Bay Bridge were peering out the window when they noticed something odd on the bridge’s ledge. After a little while, they recognised that it was a cat with a leash and harness, and that he was unquestionably quite stuck.
The bystanders saw the cat’s dire need for assistance and phoned San Francisco Animal Care & Control (SF ACC) right away, who subsequently acted quickly.
According to Deb Campbell of SF ACC, “Our animal control officers (Sgt. Kent and Ofc. Sherwood) contacted the California Highway Patrol and Caltrans (they rescue stranded motorists on the bridge) to help them.” “Those organisations halted traffic so that our ACOs could operate securely.”
The cops were shocked to see that the severely stuck cat didn’t appear to be terrified or worried, but rather appeared to be just kind of hanging out. It was still a 300-foot drop from where he was to the road below, so they realised they had to bring him to safety as quickly as they could.
The adventurous cat’s motivation for being on the bridge in the first place and the whereabouts of his family are still unknown, but for the time being, he is enjoying his stay at the shelter with all of his new pals. He’s a really outgoing, self-assured guy who enjoys the attention.
