After family members assist, kitten transforms into a joyful, affectionate shoulder cat

A stray kitten was discovered and taken to Chicago Animal Care and Control in bad condition (CACC). He required assistance because he was really weak and had a serious eye ulcer.

One Tail at a Time, a Chicago-based animal shelter, stepped in to offer assistance at that point.

He required emergency medical care, so they took him to their veterinarian. The cat had an acute eye ulcer and was coated with fleas.

According to Kimberly Thomas of One Tail at a Time, “His eye didn’t seem responsive, so we provided him medication to see if we could save the eye.”

The kitten was taken in to be fostered by Brandy and her family, who volunteer for the rescue. Despite everything, he remained cheerful and very ready for love and affection.

He was purring and ecstatic to be in a warm home as soon as we pulled him out of the box, according to the owner.

He displayed a fun and enthusiastic nature right away. He had no idea he was in such poor condition, Brandy told Love Meow.
