A litter of newborn kittens in dire need of assistance was sent to Sun Cities 4 Paws Rescue (in Arizona). They were discovered in her backyard by a worried neighbour without their mother in sight.
“An anxious woman knocked on the door and begged for assistance. She was holding three baby newborns who were all wrapped up as I ran out to the parking lot. They suffered severe wounds (perhaps caused by another animal biting them), “Sun Cities 4 Paws’ Kara Yancey revealed with Love Meow.
Although the rescue wasn’t operating at the time, Kara and her coworker Jon acted quickly to take them in and provide them assistance.
They healed the kittens’ wounds and removed all the bothersome fleas that had suffocated them. The infants were kept warm in an incubator since they were chilly to the touch, and Kara took them home to begin 24-hour feedings.
Despite their best efforts to save them all, Morgan and Watson were unable to defeat the other two kittens in battle. Mendel, the lone survivor, woke up the next morning. The diminutive marvel, about the size of a palm, was a survivor.
