What are the conditions associated with a Study visa?

Permission to study in Ireland must be taken in accordance with your requirement as a student if you are going as a full time student and wish to pursue and internship in Ireland, you need to take permission from the immigration bureau Ireland.

22. PCC- Police clearance certificate is must and should be submitted with all Visa applications for student visa. The PCC must be dated no older than six months from the date of the submission of your visa application.

23. Recent passport size photo – the applicant must include 2 passport size photos of him/her. Name and IRL number written on the backside. If not available you can choose to take the photos inside the embassy or VFS for a charge of Rs. 155/- (8 copies)

24. Proof of availability of Sufficient finances to support your Tution and living cost while pursuing any course in Ireland.

  • Education loan sanctioned letter
  • Education loan disbursement letter
  • Latest bank accounts statement from November of the previous year to till date Balance confirmation certificate in Euro
  • Balance confirmation certificate in Euro for Fixed deposits and recurring deposits, FD original receipts is not required but will be considered good if submitted.
  • Life Insurance surrender value certificate and policy document to be submitted.
  • Latest statement of EPF PPF and CPF. (Employees’ Provident Fund, Public Provident Fund or Central Provident Fund)
  • Income tax returns (ITR) or form 16 from every sponsor for last 36 months
  • If your sponsor is employed, then last 3 month’s salary slip will do.
  • Affidavit of full assurance from all the sponsors along with the government issued identity card.
  • Financial cover letter.
  • Charted Accountant certificate
  • Cover letters for any recent large transactions and financial, justifying it.

25. Original documents are necessary and must be in English, if not then must be attached by a notarized translation.
