International Driving Licence / Permit
A Videshi Traveller who wants to visit by car or bike in the foreign countries, before going a traveller must obtain an international Driving License or Permit (IDP) for the RTO Office Authorized by the Government of India or Motor Vehicle Department of India. IDP is the translated copy of Original Indian Driving Permit and valid for one Year from the date of issuance for all the citizens of India.
So Before travelling, traveller who wants to travel abroad must fill the application for for issue of International Driving Permit which allows traveller to a vehicle car or bike in other countries. it is issued by the Licensing Authority according to the different categories of vehicles.
How to Apply for International Driving Licence / Permit
For Applying the International Driving Permit or License, traveller must fill the Form 4-A in which fill the all details correct issued by the RTO Office or Motor Vehicle Department of India. It is issued to only valid Indian Passport holder and Vehicle License Holder authorized by the Motor Vehicle Department.

- 3 Recent Passport Size Photographs
- Proof of Visa
- Copy of Flight Ticket for Verification
- Purpose Receipt of Fees who already paid
- Medical Certificate in Form 1A
