Gumby, a rescued Sphynx cat, adores all the foster kittens

At Sheila’s house in Portland, Oregon, Christmas is starting to look a lot like it always does. Gumby, the resident Sphynx cat who was saved by Sheila, has been enjoying being an uncle to many foster kittens who have grown up in the house for many years.

The Oregon Humane Society helps them find homes after that.

Here is a picture of a foster kitten named Anchor and Gumby, who is sporting a slightly grumpy expression.

After spending time with his Uncle Gumby, Anchor will be well-adjusted because he recently found his forever home.

It appears that Gumby will need to find additional kittens to act as “his personal heater” because of this.

Sheila adopted Ponyo, a “Christmas foster,” right before the holidays. The adorable 10-week-old black and white cat was underweight and the only survivor of her litter. But when she had recovered from a URI, she was lively right away. Ponyo has been deftly coaxing Gumby out of his cosy bed because she wants to play more.
