EB5 Capital Investment Requirements:
Immigrant investors who are applying for the EB-5 Visa program, the investors must prove that he is the legal owner of capital investment and all the assets should be legal & not to be acquired by unlawful activities.
EB 5 Job Creation Requirements
When a investor wants to work as a job creation through his business enterprise, the investor must verify while applying for EB-5, that all the investment of required amount must be used as creating the full time job positions for at least 10 qualifying employees according to their business standard for two years. This means new business enterprise should be as employe of the qualifying employees which directly create the full time jobs to be counted.
