Despite having a misaligned jaw, Duchess leads an active lifestyle. After being struck by a car, she was discovered as a stray. She was in really bad health when she arrived at the veterinary… But they persisted, and they were able to fix her jaw.
She had little hope of surviving, yet she fought through it nevertheless.
The day I first met the poor baby, her lips was just starting to heal a little, the feeding tube had just been taken out, and she was really frail, according to her owner.
The tiniest meow attracted my attention; her tiny eyes spoke such grief, but her purring expressed such love and hope.
Now she is a bit older now and doing just fine!
