Cooper, a sweet rescue kitten, has a loud, deep purr.
“He has hydrocephalus, a condition where there is fluid on his brain… Cooper seemed to be getting better with time. Despite having poor vision, he moves quickly. He behaves like a typical kitten, playing and purring, according to Saving Grace Rescue in San Francisco, California.
He gets long, zany-looking whiskers and a few adorable small black dots on his nose. He also wears four white “socks.”

Wonderful kitty Cooper the Trooper is. Despite having poor vision, he doesn’t let anything stop him. “We generally carry him down the stairs because he used to fall down them.
On the other hand, today this kid astonished us by not falling as he descended the stairs,” Cooper’s foster parent posted on Kanga Roo’s Facebook page.
