Admiral the cat eagerly awaited his new friend for nine months. He seems to have known the entire time that the mother was carrying a child.
When Admiral was already five years old, they adopted him from the shelter. Admiral appeared to have noticed Raven was strange and odd when she was pregnant.
He developed a strong attachment to and curiosity in her belly and would frequently cuddle and purr with it. Admiral was usually by Raven’s side when she was sleeping, keeping her company and giving her cuddles like a magnet.
The Admiral’s fondness intensified as the baby bump became larger and larger. He started to cradle the belly with his paws and continued to sleep with the baby bulge in his arms during his naps.
Admiral practically transformed into Raven’s personal protector and cuddle buddy.
When Raven was nine months pregnant and going through contractions, Admiral once more came to give her some tender cuddles and purrs.
Soon after, the infant was born. You can’t keep Admiral and his young human apart now that he has become their guardian angel!
