After the owner denied responsibility and left him at the clinic, he sobbed a lot.

Meet Ruay! He is a tiny puppy that was left at the clinic after his owner declined to take care of him and disclaimed ownership of the little guy.

Ruay is about two months old, and the doctor has determined that he has intestinal problems and haemorrhoids. Perhaps Ruay had been dumped or thrown because his mouth was raised.

Ruay’s chances of living are still extremely slim. He requires a prayer… Ruay was in terrible trouble; he was breathing excessively, panicked nonstop, and even unconscious.
