After being separated from his twin brother for three years, a cat is found

A cat was rescued just outside Noah’s Ark Animal Hospital’s parking lot about three years ago.

“In November 2013, the hospital received an anonymous phone call. According to Rachel Keyes, the caller asked us to look in the lower parking lot.

He was 7 pounds, and his kidneys were failing.

Thankfully, they were able to save the kitten, which they called Billy. He had developed into a healthy office cat three years later.

Billy welcomed a father and daughter who had visited the hospital one day. Billy’s father remarked to the front desk clerk that the cat they had lost years earlier, Tuffo, looked exactly like Billy.

“Normally he wouldn’t jump over the front desk, but this time he did. Billy clearly recognised these individuals, Keyes remarked to Love Meow.

Later that afternoon, Billy’s twin brother was brought in. Billy recognised the other cat right away (Cotone). They got along like clockwork. He acknowledged the entire family and showed them a lot of affection.

And so, after a protracted period of separation, Billy (formerly known as Tuffo) was at last rejoined with his identical twin and his permanent human family.

What a miraculous reunion that was!
