The workers at Fort Smith Animal Haven has never heard of a cat becoming stuck in an ATM before. Cats are known to get themselves stuck in all kinds of locations.
The Fort Smith Fire Department in Arkansas had to remove a grey tabby from an ATM after someone likely overheard a meow within the device.
“Cash” startled everyone when he arrived at the shelter with his tale. A cat and kennel technician at Fort Smith Animal Haven, Alexis Bloom, told the local media, “Probably trying to find shade is why, but I can’t tell you how.”
Vet tech Ashley Deane added, “Actually, this is my first encounter with a cat becoming stuck in an ATM. I never imagined that someone would be able to go up and withdraw money and receive a cat out instead of money, but now we have both.
The tabby need a wash, a name, and was irritable and hungry. The little would-be cat-choice burglar’s of money was rather obvious.
