5 times per day, Cat rolls down the stairs

Belinda had decided it was time to add more kittens to the family, so she called a local rescue dedicated to the welfare of the community’s wild cats and kittens.

She applied for three kittens and was soon paired with Posey, Echo, and Willa, all of whom came from a feral mother.

When Belinda brought them home, she noticed that they were enthralled by the stairs, which they had never seen before.

All three of them would sit on the stairwell and run up and down it, arguing and exploring.

Belinda kept a toy basket at the top of the stairs and would toss them down for the cats to play with.

Posey had a favourite toy, and if it rolled down the stairs, he would follow it.

Posey observed that this made Belinda giggle, so she continued to do it to amuse her human mother.

Posey, on the other hand, developed a thing for it because Belinda could hear her kitty rolling down the stairs even when she wasn’t there to monitor her.

Her sisters had no desire to imitate her because they didn’t grasp what she was doing.

They’d just look at me, as if to say, “That’s not how you’re meant to go down the steps!”

Posey has made it a habit to roll downstairs at least four or five times per day.

Belinda says it’s Posey’s way of expressing her happiness.

Posey has four different ways of sliding down the stairs, according to Belinda:

The Slippity Flippity, Head Over Heels, Whippy Paws, and Belinda’s personal favourite, the Butt Thunk!

As the name suggests, the last one creates quite a racket on the stairs.

Belinda is undoubtedly a good cat mom, and all of her cats live happy lives.
