Vet tech Ellen Carozza has helped save countless cats, but one in particular stood out and she knew she had to take him home. Benedict Cumbercat, or Benny for short, is his name.
He has a very big heart and loves to care for other cats and kittens in need, just like her own, Ellen has learned as he has gotten older.
For the numerous kittens Ellen brings home as part of her work, he has truly developed into a wonderful, loving foster parent!
He enjoys his role so much that he even becomes depressed when there aren’t any kittens to care for because he has a very intuitive sense of the love and affection the kittens need.
Benny was Ellen’s true secret weapon, even though she had the incubator and bottles she desperately needed to care for Winifred. She simply knew he could provide Winifred with the love she required to regain her health.
