A little kitten was discovered alone at a North Carolina construction site. When workers heard his cries, they discovered him in the rafters.
“The mom was spotted taking his brother away, but after being left alone all night in the hope that his mum would return for him, the employees found him in the morning and contacted us,” Sarah Kelly, a Sparkle Cat Rescue volunteer, explained.
By the time rescuers arrived, the kitten was chilly and hungry.
Sarah placed him in foster care and placed him in an incubator to assist him in regulating his body temperature. Sarah got the cat two snuggle toys, a cow and a teddy, to keep him company so he didn’t feel lonely.
The adorable kitty approached the cow and wrapped his arms around it. He eventually calmed down and fell asleep next to the cow.
“We chose to call him Bo, which is short for Bovine. He adores his adorable little cow, therefore it is ideal for him “Sarah penned a letter.
Without a mother, the little newborn required continual warmth until he could control his body temperature. With his cow close, Bo felt confident and at ease.
Sarah added a few additional snuggling toys to the mix, but Bo was always partial to the cow and enjoyed cuddling with it.
“Bo and his cow were completely adorable, spending their days in the incubator meowing and mooing,” Sarah said.
When the new cats were ready to move into a playpen, Bo jumped straight in and began playing with them, as if they had already been buddies.
“Bo has grown extremely close to these men. Mac is his best friend among the group; the two like tackling each other and generally fall asleep wrestling over the same toy “Sarah stated.
“We are overjoyed to be able to provide this boy with a second opportunity, a warm incubator, and a happy ending.”
