Little Kitty’s Story: She Was Discovered Alone and Weeping in the Rain

In the midst of the downpour, a young woman saved a little abandoned kitten. Until she felt what it was like to be loved for the first time, the small child was quite afraid and didn’t want to get close to her rescuer.

“In 2012, it was monsoon season at Korea, and I was sitting in a coffee shop when it started to pour with rain. I thought it was someone’s cat in their house because I kept hearing the faint sobbing of a kitten. After a while, I realised I was still hearing a kitten, so I went outside in the rain and discovered it hiding in a cardboard box. I quickly picked it up and raced inside.

Little baby was so afraid and merely desired to be loved.

Reddit user blacknumberone told the nice people at Love Meow that “she was pretty cautious of us for the first 6 – 8 months after we found her, even after feeding and attempting to play with her every day.”

They remained committed to her.

“I persuaded a coworker to give me a ride to the veterinarian the following day so I could get her examined. Since they didn’t have baby animal bottles, I purchased some formula and fed the tiny creature.

She would finish the entire bottle in less than five minutes because she was so hungry.

Although Kitty was still a little bit wary of her new human companion, the food undoubtedly made her feel better.

Exactly two months after I discovered her. I’m lot more cheerful and in better health.”

She was a lot more at ease among people six months later.

She continued to hiss and act rough. She literally began to warm up as winter arrived (by moving to the hottest spot in the house, which was my lap or chest).

She stepped out of her shell and gave all the love she had been receiving from her humans back when she understood how much they loved her.

Now, she couldn’t leave her human mother behind and would never venture outside in the rain again.

In order for Kitty to enjoy her new life with the person she now recognises as her forever human, they transported her back to the United States.
