This is the account of a senior citizen’s final request made on her deathbed. Her final wish, according to her grandson, was to be able to see and cuddle her cat, Oliver, just once more.

She was in a nursing home at the time, so obviously, special authorization was required in order to fulfil this sad woman’s last desire.
The cat was in fact brought to her bedside so they could say their goodbyes, with authorization from the nursing home. The cat was obviously dejected based on the images below. The cat understood there was a problem, that much is clear and was unwilling to stop holding hands.
