However, Melanie, Giggles’ foster mother, and Crystal at Riggi Rescue in Akron, Ohio, had the pleasure of responding to EVERY message.
And it’s a lot of strain when those who have a genuine connection with the animals are tasked with finding them the ideal home.
The women, though, performed admirably. Because they just yesterday announced that Giggles’ adoption had been approved!
The fact that the modest rescue is receiving the attention it really deserves is what I believe I enjoy most about this tale. Thousands of animal rescue organisations around the world struggle mightily to be heard.
So they seize the opportunity when given to save another soul.
And at that point, Giggles’ new parents also gave their blessing to the plan. Therefore, even after he has joyfully adjusted to his new home, he will continue to serve as the Riggi Rescue Mascot!
