One day, a stray cat appeared in front of a woman’s house with her litter and kept returning with more. The nice woman was able to heal the kittens and find them loving homes, but she was unable to reach the mother in time.
She exhibited fear and was challenging to find. She became pregnant again a few months later and gave birth in the lady’s yard, according to Jen Marder, a foster volunteer for Wrenn Rescues in Los Angeles, who spoke to Love Meow.
The woman requested help from Wrenn Rescues. The mother cat was ultimately taken off the streets and put in a foster home with her kittens after having litter after litter.
Majesty the cat’s mother was initially very frightened, but after finding a cosy nest and having access to plenty of food, she started to become used to her humans. She would take goodies from Jen’s hands and let her weigh the kittens to monitor their development.
Majesty gradually began to look for affection. When Jen entered the room, she would leap in and out of her nest to get a head scratch. Periwinkle (grey), one of her kittens, was frequently spotted next to her mother, following her around like her little shadow.
