Minty has an extremely special link with his human brother, Connor Raven, because he is an exuberant cat who has experienced adversity.

But this adorable, fluffy cat has also supported his young pal through some of life’s most difficult challenges and cuddles with him at night to make him feel at ease.
According to Metro, Minty has actually helped Connor so much that Cats Protection, the largest cat welfare organisation in the UK, has named him Cat of the Year.
The nine-year-old cat triumphed over hundreds of other applicants for the “top position” due of his unique relationship with little Connor, who battles significant learning disabilities and a variety of health issues, including ataxic cerebral palsy, on a daily basis.
Since Minty had to fight after a car accident left him with only three legs, it’s possible that he has an intuitive temperament. At mealtimes, he always helps Connor settle in and assists him with activities like climbing stairs.
