Valentine (Vali), a black and white cat, was brought into the Community Cat Club in South Jersey at the beginning of the year.
The 10-year-old tuxedo exhibited immediate cuddliness and a desire to interact with people.
According to Sara Sharp, the founder of Community Cat Club, who spoke to Love Meow, “She was surrendered when her elderly owner could no longer care for her.” From the beginning, Vali was a laid-back and kind girl who didn’t think twice about approaching strangers for cuddles and attention.
She rapidly adapted to her foster home and made sure everyone in her immediate vicinity had daily doses of her love.
Sara told Love Meow, “We also had to take her to the dentist because she had tooth resorption, so now her lip always gets stuck on her gums and it’s the cutest thing.”
When Vali initially arrived, nobody anticipated that she would end up living in foster care for several months. We hoped to locate her a new home as soon as possible so she could move in immediately after leaving her old one.
