To have a better chance at life, a couple of tabby kittens were brought to Baby Kitten Rescue. They were born to a cat that was unable to care for them in an emergency animal hospital.
A volunteer foster parent named Pei Chiu arrived to pick them up after a few days in intensive care. She was taken aback at how far they had gone, how many pipes they had, and how much fight they still had.
“In comparison to what they were eating, they were doing incredibly well and had plenty of energy (cold and dehydrated). They weighed roughly 180 grammes at four days old “Pei and Love Meow exchanged.
The twins simply wanted to be catered to and yearned for attention. They were immediately all purrs, belly rubs, and air biscuits on the first night at home.
The two tabbies, Monica and Chandler, shared an instant connection and nearly identical appearances. The sister spoke in squeaks and Chandler had a lower meow; they were obnoxious little chatterboxes.
