REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

As a business built around saving our members money, we try to be as fair as possible and offer a generous cancellation policy. If you purchase any Services from ViDeshi Traveller (“Premium Services”), you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Failure to pay these fees may result in the termination of the Premium Services. We ask our members to be fair to us in return and not abuse these conditions.

30-day Money Back Guarantee: All new premium subscriptions are subject to our 30-day money-back guarantee, meaning that if you’d like to cancel your membership within the first 30 days after initial payment, you may email us (info@videshitraveller.com) for an immediate cancellation and a full refund.

Automatic Renewals: All new subscriptions are set to renew at the current ViDeshi Traveller rate, and automatically billed and charged to you using the payment method originally used to purchase the Premium Services. If you do not want your membership to auto-renew, you may cancel it within your Premium Members profile, upon logging in. Renewals are not subject to our refund policy as they are outside of the initial 30 days of upgrading to Premium membership. We do not issue pro-rated refunds.

Cancellation Policy: Premium Members are offered a cancellation policy if they are not satisfied with us, So Cancel Any Time by contacting us through this LINK. Premium Members simply can email us at support@videshitraveller.com any time.

Refund Policy: Videshi Traveller will process the refund only after getting cancellation request/claim from the Premium members through Premium member profile Section or E-Mail.

If any Member wants to refund it will be paid and Refunds will be issued to the Original Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking at the time of Purchase. In case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account

You agree to contact us if there are any billing issues, duplicate charges, etc. before disputing any charges as illegitimate.

Please Note: Pressing ‘Unsubscribe’ in the footer of our emails does not cancel your billing. If you wish to cancel at any time, you must do so within your Premium Members Profile.
