A man unintentionally releases a herd of sheep into his backyard

Russo lives in Lincoln, California, where the city has a programme that uses flocks of sheep to graze overgrowth on public land. The woolly employees were doing their thing in an open space behind Russo’s house on this particular evening — but he made a major error.

He left a gate in his garden fence open so his small girls could watch the sheep.

“I had no idea one sheep would push its head in,” Russo told The Dodo. “It was cool when three and four came in. [Then] I blinked, and the yard was completely full!”
